The first batch of Wiebesaucin Thai Chili Garlic sauce was made in the summer of 2016 while living in Asheville, NC. From there I went to go study Culinary Arts and began my career in the food service Industry working in some of the best restaurants North Carolina has to offer. During my seven years of working in Kitchens I kept perfecting my sauce with the hopes of creating a business. After putting down my chef knife in 2024 I decided it was time to make my dream a reality and start producing sauce full time.
