Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all food items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange once shipped.

Refunds & Replacements

We will offer a replacement or refund only if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and shipping packaging

If approved, we will issue either:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders placed incorrectly

  • Taste preferences or heat level expectations

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim when possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
