Thai Chili Garlic Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients:

 

 

  • Chicken Thighs – 2 boneless, preferably skin-on

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Teriyaki Sauce:

     

    • 2 TbspTamari or Low Sodium Soy sauce

    • 2 Tbsp Honey

    • 2 Tbsp Wiebesaucin Thai Chili Garlic Sauce


       

       

 


 

 

Instructions:

 

 

  1. Prep the Chicken

    Pat the chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  2. Mix the Sauce

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and Thai Chili Garlic Sauce

  3. Cook the Chicken

     

    • Heat a skillet over medium-high.

    • Place chicken skin-side down (if using skin-on) and sear until the skin is crispy and golden.

    • Flip and cook the other side until just cooked through, about 3–5 minutes more.

     

     

  4. Add the Sauce

     

    • Pour the sauce into the pan with the chicken.

    • Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, turning the chicken occasionally, until the sauce thickens into a glossy glaze that coats the chicken nicely.

     

  5. Finish & Serve

     

    • Transfer the chicken to a plate.

    • Spoon any remaining glaze and extra WiebeSaucin on top for the perfect finish.

    • Serve hot with steamed rice or and marinated cucumbers.
