Thai Chili Garlic Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken Thighs – 2 boneless, preferably skin-on

Salt & Pepper

Teriyaki Sauce:

2 TbspTamari or Low Sodium Soy sauce

2 Tbsp Honey
-
2 Tbsp Wiebesaucin Thai Chili Garlic Sauce

Instructions:

Prep the Chicken
Pat the chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and Thai Chili Garlic Sauce

Cook the Chicken

Heat a skillet over medium-high.

Place chicken skin-side down (if using skin-on) and sear until the skin is crispy and golden.

Flip and cook the other side until just cooked through, about 3–5 minutes more.

Add the Sauce

Pour the sauce into the pan with the chicken.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, turning the chicken occasionally, until the sauce thickens into a glossy glaze that coats the chicken nicely.

Finish & Serve

Transfer the chicken to a plate.

Spoon any remaining glaze and extra WiebeSaucin on top for the perfect finish.

Serve hot with steamed rice or and marinated cucumbers.
